# Space Avocado support

Questions, feedback, or trouble with the app? Send us a message through the contact form at [space-avocado.com/support](/support) — it asks for your email address and your message. We usually reply within 1–2 days.

There is no public support email address; the form is the only contact channel (it is rate-limited and spam-protected).

## Before you write

- **Pricing and plan questions** are answered on the [pricing page](/pricing).
- **Billing:** web subscriptions are managed in Settings → Billing; App Store subscriptions in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Apple handles App Store refunds.
- **Account deletion:** delete your account from Settings → Profile in the web app, or request it through the form. See the [privacy policy](/privacy) for what is erased.
