Bhd. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. ## 1. What the Service does Space Avocado helps you prepare social media content: you compose posts, attach media, and maintain a posting schedule. The Service does not publish to social networks on your behalf. Publishing always happens through the respective platform's own app, initiated by you from your own device and your own account. ## 2. Your account You need an account to use the Service. You can create one on the website or directly in the iOS app. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally capable of entering into these Terms. ## 3. Subscription, trial and billing The Service is a paid subscription (currently US$9 per month). Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial — no payment details required. When the trial ends without a subscription, your account becomes read-only: you keep access to everything you created, but cannot create new content until you subscribe. We do not delete your content because your trial or subscription ended. Who bills you depends on where you subscribed. If you subscribe on the website, payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's terms, and Paddle handles applicable taxes, invoices and receipts. If you subscribe in the iOS app, Apple bills your App Store account and the subscription is auto-renewable. Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews for another month at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can cancel anytime. A subscription bought on the website is cancelled with one click in Settings → Billing. A subscription bought in the iOS app is managed and cancelled in the App Store — iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions — because only Apple can cancel it. Either way you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for; after that, the account becomes read-only as described above. A subscription takes effect as soon as the payment is confirmed; there is nothing to ship and no delivery period. ## 4. Refunds The free trial exists so you can evaluate the Service before paying. Beyond that, we keep refunds simple and fair: - If something went wrong — you were charged in error, forgot to cancel, or the Service did not work for you — contact us within 14 days of a monthly charge and we will refund that charge in full. - Outside that window, cancelling stops future charges and you keep access for the time already paid; we do not issue partial or prorated refunds for the remainder of a billing period. - Refunds for a website subscription are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method. Refunds for a subscription bought in the iOS app are handled by Apple under App Store policy, because we never receive that payment; request one through Apple's "Report a Problem" page. - Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence. ## 5. Your content You retain all rights to the posts, captions and media you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process and display that content solely to provide the Service to you. We claim no ownership and do not use your content for any other purpose. You are responsible for the content you create and share through the Service, including making sure it does not infringe the rights of others or violate applicable law. ## 6. Acceptable use - Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive or abusive. - Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or contains malware. - Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure. ## 7. Third-party platforms When you share content to a social network (for example Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Xiao Hong Shu or WeChat), you do so under that platform's own terms and policies. We are not affiliated with these platforms and are not responsible for their availability, decisions or handling of your content. ## 8. Availability and changes The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to announce material changes in advance. ## 9. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose. ## 10. Termination You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account cancels a website subscription immediately. It cannot cancel an App Store subscription — only you can, in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, and Apple keeps charging you until you do. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination your content is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. ## 11. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. ## 14. Any tax due in your own country is charged by Paddle at checkout, as described in section 3.
